MHC User Guide for Employees

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide detailed guidance to the MHC Program User Guide for Employees process and procedures used in the Human Resource activities. The objective(s) of this document is to:

  • Guide the employees who are require to utilize their medical benefits

  • Allow employees to claim for their medical benefits using MHC - GP Panel clinic


Scope and Requirements

This procedure applies to PSC employees that are entitled to the company benefits - medical benefits by using MHC program - GP panel clinic only. REQUIREMENT(S):

  • This benefits only for PSC employees only

  • Employees who have completed 3 months of service

  • Medical claim benefits only for those employees are using MHC program - GP panel clinic only

  • For non-MHC GP panel clinic and dental clinic, medical claims are unclaimable

  • Employees need to download “m-Plify” app to mobile phone and set up the account

  • Inform Supervisor/ Manager via group chat before book medical appointment

  • Find the panel clinic from the app and call for appointment before go to visit doctor

  • Present NRIC/ Work Pass and MHC e-Card at the clinic for registration

  • No payment required after visit doctor

  • For foreign worker pre-employment medical check-up and related work pass medical check-up are not included from this App service, HR need to issue Medical Chit for them to go for medical check up


Process: For Pre-employment or Work Pass Medical Check-up Only


Step 1: HR will check and make appointment with nearest MHC Panel Clinics

  • HR will make sure clinic slot is available before employees go down to the clinic

Step 2: HR issue Medical Chit to employee

  • HR will fill in the information and pass it to employee

Step 3: Employee present MHC medical chit, MOM letter and work pass at clinic

  • Employee must bring required documents for medical check-up appointment

Step 4: No payment required after check-up

  • After check-up, employee no need to make payment

Step 5: Employee collect medical check up report and pass it to HR

  • After 2-3 days employee need to collect medical report and pass it to HR

Step 6: Submit report to MOM

  • HR will submit medical report to MOM to follow up the application or renewal


Process: For Existing Employees - GP Only


Set-up of Mobile App Instructions

How to install mobile app

Step 1: Install mobile app from App Store or Google Play Store

Step 2: Search “m-Plify” and install the app


First-Time Setup

Step 1: Select ‘Register’ from the Login screen

Step 2: View and tick the terms and conditions

Step 3: Fill in your NRIC/ FIN no.

  • Click the “Verify” button.

Step 4: Verify your details and enter your mobile number before proceeding.

  • Click the “Next” button

Step 5: Enter/ verify your company email address

  • Click the “Next” button

Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to your email address.

  • Click the “Next” button

Step 7: Enter your preferred password.

  • (Minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number. E.g.Abcd1234).

  • Click the “Next” button

Step 8: Enter your banking details. *Optional Step*

  • You may click “SKIP NOW” to skip this step and click “FINISH”

Step 9: Kickstart your health journey with m-Plify!

First-Time Login to the mobile app

Step 1: Select ‘Login’ from the Login screen

Step 2: Fill in your User ID (NRIC/FIN no) and password

  • Click the “Login” button

Find Panel Clinic

Step 1: Select “Find Clinic” at the Home screen Step 2: Search for the clinic by using 3 methods:

  • Select ‘Type’ or “ Area” to filter out different types of clinics

  • Search for clinics by name, doctor or address.

  • Download clinic list

Step 3: Tap on each clinic to view clinic details. Step 4: Call clinic to arrange for an appointment

  • subjected to clinic operating hours and doctor’s available slots

Step 5: Present Identity Card and MHC eCard

  • At the clinic, present your Identity Card (compulsory) and eCard by tapping on ‘eCard’.

My e-Card

Step 1: Select ‘My eCard’ from the homepage.

Step 2: View your e-Card details

  • Swipe the card to view the back of the eCard.


My Visit

Step 1: Select ‘My Visits’ from the homepage.

Step 2: View your panel clinic visits.

  • View more details by tapping on it.
