As the Company is digitalizing the administrative procedures, the eHR Mobile is for employees to manage their HR matters online in an easy and transparent approach.
The purpose of this document is to provide detailed guidance to the eHR Mobile User Guide for Human Resource process and procedures used in the Human Resource activities.
The objective(s) of this document is to:
For employees to check or apply their leave, view the payslip, submit expense claim and updates from company
HR/ Management can monitor employees activities through this mobile application
Steps to install Mobile App
Install mobile app from App Store or Google Play Store
Search “mehr - frontier ehr” (Google Play) or “eFrontier me HR” (App Store) and install the app
Set up eHR Frontier mobile apps
Open the meHR - Frontier ehr app:
Key in URL - “https://www.gotoehr.com/mehr”
Click “Enable HR Entree”
Corp ID - “QuadNav”
After that click “Update”
Click “Update” on the notification
Key in company, employee ID and password
Select the Pumps Service Centre from the dropdown box.
Key in your Employee ID and Password to login
Note: First time Login must be complete via eHR desktop version to change the initial password

Attendance
Clock In and Clock Out
Turn on mobile “Location”, click “Dashboard”
Can see your location on the map, click “Clock” to clock in
After clock in will show “Clock Succeed”
Repeat same step for Clock Out
View Time Card Record
Click “Menu” - “My Attendance” - “My Time Card”
Clock In & Clock Out Record
Can view previous Clock In & Clock Out record
Expense Claim Submission
Create New Expense Claim
Click “Menu” - “My Expense” - “Expense Claim”
Create new claim form template
Click “add” button
Select Type of template (e.g. Expense/ Medical/ Transport/ PSPL/ PSC)
Fill in Title, Period
Click “Save” - Claim Form Template created
Update of Template Details
Note: This is in a situation where you found that details have been added wrongly
Click claim form template
Click “Edit” icon to edit the template details
Add Claim Details into Template
Swipe the claim form template to Left. (Do not click into the claim form)
Click “Edit” icon
Click “Add” button
Key in all information and click “Save”
Click “Submit” to complete the claim submission process
View Expense Claim Status
Click “Menu” - “My Expense” - “Expense Claim”
View Claim Status
Click “Filter” icon to edit “Request Type” or “Claim Period”
Click the Claim Form
Can click “Calendar’ icon to view more claim details and attached invoice
Leave Application Status/ Balance & History
Leave Application
Click “Menu” - “My Leave” - Apply Leave/ Status
Create new leave application
Click “Add” button
Click dropdown box to select leave type
Key in Reason, Remarks and attach documents
Click “Submit”
After submit can check the application status from “Apply Leave/ Status”
Leave Balance
Click “Menu” - “My Leave” - Balance
Check balance of leave
Click “dropdown box” to select leave type
Can check balance details
Leave History
Click “Menu” - “My Leave” - History
View the Leave History
Click “dropdown box” to select leave type
Can view the selected leave history
Payroll
View My Payslip
Click “Menu” - “My Payroll” - “My Payslip”
View Payslip
Click “Filter” icon
Edit “Year” and click search
Click one of the month to view the payslip
Able to view and download the payslip
YTD Earnings
Click “Menu” - My Payroll” - “YTD Earning”
View YTD Earning report
Click “Filter” icon to edit Month and Year
Able to view and download the report
